The project uses four innovative technology such as high-quality tungsten blank manufacturing technology, plate processing and rolling lubrication technology, school-level heat treatment technology, and tungsten sheet parts finishing technology, we successfully made ultra-high-precision tungsten sheet of anti-rays with low impurity content, thickness tolerance of ± 10 microns, rolling surface roughness of less than 0.2 microns and flatness deviation of less than 15 microns. Project studies start from the purity control of tungsten powder, using reduction - purification and six surface heating hydrogen sintering technology to make high-quality tungsten blank; we created a tungsten blank rolling deformation resistance model using thermoplastic simulation technology to guide the rolling process.

 

combination of rolling lubrication, electrolytic polishing, the school level heat treatment technology, optimizing the process of manufacturing high precision tungsten sheets, we obtained high-quality tungsten blank technology with independent intellectual property rights, the technology of improving plate rolling and the plate surface roughness, point-flame heating thickness control technology, tungsten sheet school level heat treatment technology, CT machine high-precision tungsten sheet parts finishing technology and a series of research results to optimize the machining process to obtain a precise process control parameters.

 

The rare metal tungsten technology to enhance our level of fabrication technology can also be extended the mass production of tungsten sheet in the thickness of below 0.2mm. The result won the first prize of Science and Technology of China Nonferrous Metals Industry.
