High temperature furnaces

Refractory metals such as tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium, tantalum, niobium are largely used in many industries and plants in high temperature furnace and thermocouple, mechanical processing:  in vacuum brazing, sintering technology, in heat treatment as well as in research and development.  Beijing Tungsten & Molybdenum Group co.,ltd made  it  possible for high performance materials are resistant to temperatures of up to 2.800℃ in vacuum or protective atmospheres, more advantages are used in high-temperature processing equipment ,such as: low vapor pressure, low thermal expansion ,low heat capacity ,remarkable high-temperature strength and creep resistance. 1: High-temperature annealing& brazing

2:Sintering

 In the sintering process field, both continuous and batch high-temperature furnaces are used, heating elements made of tungsten or molybdenum are generally used in continuous high-temperature furnaces, the temperature up to 1900℃with a variety of furnaces is used in high-temperature sintering processes, sintering boat, tray and chassis, are used by made of molybdenum ,usually, or it is best to use sunstone high performance  material lanthanum molybdenum alloy(MLR alloy)

3:metal Injection moulding
